Swimming

I like swimming. It's more like I love being in water. :-D

My swimming skills are almost null, but that never stopped me from getting into the water. I like to flap my hands and splash water all around. Or just try to run in the water, chase people around, pull them down and fight. LOL.

I also like to float. So far I have mastered "Dead man's float" (So I like to believe). I wish I could float effortlessly for a long long time. It will be fun reading a book while floating on the water (without floaters). Bah, I can barely manage to float for about 3 minutes max.

I like it when some "enthusiastic" people try to teach me the swimming. It's nice when somebody helps you to float. But I get tired of it (rather doing it right repeatedly) after a while and then I tickle them or pull their legs. Finally it all ends in running and chasing, which I enjoy the most. :-D

So you get the idea. I love about 3'-4' high water with lots of waves. Anything more than 5ft scares me.

I protest.... I am tall enough, it's just that I feel a little uncomfortable in 5' water.

*sigh* it feels nice swimming.. been some time. What I like to do most when I do get to do it, is go the entire length underwater almost touching the floor. Its the coolest feeling.

I like waves and turmoil and dragging my feet and beeing swept away. Waves below 2ft are boring! I'm affraid of unnamed monsters of the deep however, so I don't like to swim long distances in natural waters -- only in crowded swimming pools painted in a bright cyan... :)
