Cold and blue

This is taken from the backyard of our house in Palampur.

Palampur is a beautiful place. Layers of mountains ultimately melting into the horizon and soft fluffy white clouds floating around randomly make a lovely picture.

Towards beginning of December the bare mountains turn white with snow and add some more magic to the picture. Hmmm, it gets pretty cold as well, but one can still enjoy ice-cream on the terrace swing. Sunset makes those mountain blush into deep pink and then people enjoy the bon-fire in the night.

There is no city life and noise and running around the places. One can just sit on the long steps reading a novel or simply sipping a hot cup of tea. Time moves lazily and luxuriously.

I am missing this place already......

"Bonfire" is not hyphenated.

The first entry in that link you provided is a syllable breakup and not a hyphen. Searching for "bon-fire" there does give me an entry though (It redefines it as "bonfire").
