Tips for DBAs and Sysadmins

This one is very helpful for DBAs and Sysadmins.

After working for number of years on critical systems, one develops such kind of skills. It requires complete dedication and high degree of patience to understand the complex environment structure to be able to make decisions like this.

Say, you have two user sessions which have been running for long. They are causing high CPU utilisation and you identify them to be killed. How do you decide which user's session should be killed first?
